Lost or Stolen Packages

 

Once an order has been handed over to the carrier and a tracking number has been provided, Nivek Enterprises LLC dba Aurum Lux Candles  is no longer responsible for the package.

  • No Refunds: We do not offer refunds or replacements for packages that are confirmed as "Delivered" by the carrier but are subsequently lost or stolen.

  • Verification: Please ensure your shipping address is correct and secure before placing your order.

  • Claims: If your package is lost in transit (not marked as delivered), please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. We are happy to provide any documentation needed to assist you in that process.
